Since we first started offering Tai Chi in the fall of 2017, it has consistently been one of our most popular programs for adults. Folks of any skill level, including people who have never done any tai chi before, are welcome to join us for these 45 minute sessions, the only requirement being comfy shoes or socks. In the summers, we take the tai chi schedule a little slower and only meet once a month. This summer, tai chi will happen on the second Monday of every month from 1-1:45 p.m. So, stop in for just one or all three sessions—whatever works for you.
