The NCPL conference room is located near our periodicals section and is managed by our reference department. This room is ideal for small meeting needs, group study or tutoring. The room seats eight. Reservations are considered on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure equitable use of library facilities, the library reserves the right to limit the number of hours the conference room may be used by an individual or group.
To reserve the conference room, you must stop by the reference desk or call 330.499.4712 x311. This room cannot be reserved using our online meeting room request. Similarly, please do not assume the conference room is available simply because it does not show up as reserved on our calendar.
If you’re a member of a local non-profit civic, educational or cultural organization, consider having your next meeting at the North Canton Public Library.
The program rooms, located on the library’s lower level, can be used separately or combined into one large space. Meeting Room A holds 35. Meeting Room B holds 25. Combined, the rooms hold 60.
A qualifying organization must complete the application for library meeting room use and agree to our policies and guidelines. Download policies PDF.
