I have to admit that #LibraryMadness has turned out to be even more fun than I anticipated. People have been extremely passionate about their favorite books, and even here heading into the final round, I still have people stopping in for copies of the original bracket to use as reading list. It’s given me a chance to talk to a lot of folks about books and what they love and why they love it, and as a Librarian, I’ve got to admit, that’s been especially cool.

But here I am, talking like it’s over, and it isn’t yet. There’s still a champion to crown. So what two books are in the final?

Elie Wiesel’s Night and JK Rowling’s Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone. Both are fantastic books, and just about as different as any two books can be. But the great thing is that whichever book wins, it will a deserving winner.

So, it’s time to vote one last time. Vote in person or on Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram by tagging the Library (@NCantonLibrary) and using the hashtag #LibraryMadness. Voting for this round lasts through Saturday, March 30 at midnight. Since I don’t work Sunday, I promise to announce the winner as soon as I can on Monday, April 1!
