Tuesday, April 28 UPDATE
Hey folks, it looks like we’re going to try something a little different for this fantastic Suffrage Centennial program. To make it a little more interactive like it would have been in person, Mandy is going to be doing her presentation live on Zoom! So join us tomorrow, Wednesday, April 29th at 6 p.m. on Zoom. Just click this link a little before 6p.m.!
Even though the library building is closed, we’re still open online, and Massillon Museum Archivist Mandy Altimus Stahl will still be with us Wednesday, April 29th to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the passage of the 19th Amendment.
Mandy Altimus Stahl presents her documentary about women’s suffrage, focusing on the women who made a difference, like Caroline McCullough Everhard, Lucretia Mott, and Elizabeth Cady Stanton. The video will be posted on all the Library’s social media during the day of the 29th, and at 6 p.m., Mandy will be Live on our Facebook, answering your questions!
We’re @NCantonLibrary on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. See you there!
