Limited Hours, effective July 6, 2020:
Monday – Thursday: 10 a.m to 6 p.m.
Friday – Saturday: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
10 to 11 a.m. each day is reserved for vulnerable populations
In compliance with Governor DeWine’s statewide mandate, face masks (covering mouth and nose) are required to enter the Library as of Thursday, July 23 at 6 p.m.
Here are some of the changes you can expect when you visit the Library:
-browse the shelves
-use self checkout stations
-use public computers
-use printers, copiers, scanners, fax
-get assistance from Library staff, if you are wearing a mask covering your mouth and nose and maintaining social distance
-bring family members of all ages (beginning Tuesday, September 8)
-continue to use Library to Go
-pick up holds from the hold shelf if you prefer (rather than using Library to Go)
SORRY, AT THIS TIME WE ARE UNABLE TO...
-provide access to our meeting or conference rooms
-admit anyone not wearing a mask to enter the Library
-provide close assistance
-offer in-person classes or programs
-offer one on one tech/device support (All computers are fully self service at this time. Due to social distancing requirements, staff will not be able to provide any form of computer assistance.)
-provide notary service
-accept item donations
-offer interlibrary loans
-provide homebound services
|WE ASK THAT YOU...
-refrain from entering the building if you are feeling sick
-use the available hand sanitizer upon entering and exiting the building
-place all returns in our exterior book drops only
-maintain six feet distance between yourself and others
-wear a mask covering your mouth and nose
-keep your Library visit brief
-place any browsed material on designated carts rather than back on the shelf
-please respect the 10 to 11 a.m. hour for vulnerable populations only
-quarantine all returned and/or browsed materials at least 72 hours
-wear masks covering our mouths and noses
-provide disposable masks for those who need them
-limit capacity inside the library building
-limit computer sessions to 30 minutes with no extensions (one session/day/person)
-provide hand sanitizing stations
-disinfect high touch areas frequently

JUST FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
1. Place a hold online by using either our online catalog or our general online request form at ncantonlibrary.com/library-to-go/. You can also place a hold by calling 330.499.4712.
2. Wait for communication (via email, text or phone) from the Library confirming your item is ready to be scheduled for pickup.
3. Schedule your time for pickup by calling the library at 330.499.4712.
