NCPL in motion: Special Delivery is a new service for families expecting a little one or bringing home a new child. Let the library deliver materials directly to your home! Participants may request books, DVDs and other library materials for older siblings, the new child or yourself. Register for this program.
How does it work?
The Library’s outreach team selects materials to meet the needs and interests of Special Delivery program members. Items borrowed via Special Delivery will not be reflected on your traditional library card account. Instead, an account will be created for each user specifically for this program and a list of borrowed materials will be linked to this special library account to avoid duplication of materials. Library staff deliver materials to participants and retrieve them in two or four weeks. Staff work directly with participants to arrange delivery and pickup times.
All overdue fees are waived for this program.
