The Friends need your used books, DVDs and CDs! Sale income returns to our library to provide programs and supplies for children and adults. Your gently used books for all ages are needed for the book sales. Please bring your donations to the first floor main desk.

The Friends strive to aid and promote the library through fundraising efforts, the largest of which are their book sales. The sales help fund a majority of the library programs as well as odds and ends the library’s budget doesn’t cover. In recent years, the Friends of the Library have provided the following for the library and its patrons. • Furniture • Shelving • Snow Blower • Programming Supplies • Speaker/Performer Fees • BookPage Subscription • High-speed Copier • Outdoor Book Drop

Join

Join the Friends and help us help our library. Membership is $10 annually per household (for those 18 and older).  Please print our membership form and turn it in at the library’s patron services desk or mail it to: Friends of the Library North Canton Public Library 185 North Main Street North Canton, OH 44720. The Friends meet on the second Thursday of each month in the library’s lower level meeting room except for spring and Christmas socials. Meetings in January, February and March are held at 1 p.m. Meetings April, June, July, August, September, October and November are held at 6:30 p.m. May and December meetings are socials with dates and times to be announced.
