Today is the first official day of Summer Reading, and I have some info about the Adult Activity badges. You can earn tickets into the grand prize drawings by logging your minutes reading, but also by completing Activity Badges. I’ve already talked a little about some things you can do to earn some of these badges here and here, but let me explain some more.
Each badge has 4 activities and you must complete two of them to earn the badge and a ticket for the grand prize drawing. One of the options for earning the Community Badge is following a local business, nonprofit, or government agency on social media. Below are some options and links for a few select organizations. You do not need to select from this list to complete the activity—this is simply one place to start looking for what’s happening in the North Canton Community. (Don’t forget—the Library is a local organization! Follow us on Facebook, Goodreads, Instagram, Twitter, or YouTube.)
