The National Voter Registration Act (1993) requires public libraries to provide eligible voters with the means to register to vote and assist with the registration process.

The North Canton Public Library provides the following for eligible voters:
—Access to both paper registration forms and the digital version of the voter registration form.
—Assistance with completing your voter registration form.
—Acceptance and submittal of completed voter registration forms to our local Board of Elections. Completed forms may also be returned in person, via another person, or by mail to the office of a county board of elections, the Secretary of State, a county treasurer, a designated agency, or any public library, public high school, or vocational school.

The online voter registration form can be found here. A physical copy of the voter registration form can be picked up at the library’s Adult and Teen desk.
