So, LibCon happened this past Saturday, and I have got to say it was pretty great. Our speakers were amazing, our vendors and artists had great stuff for sale, and it seems like a good time was had by all. We’re hopeful to do this again, so keep an eye out for that happening. It was a lot of work by the fantastic staff here, and our Friends of the Library really helped out with the cost. We’re so lucky to have their support.

And we still have more wonderful programs happening the rest of this year! This Friday, we have our traditional Black Friday events, which includes fine forgiveness and prize drawings.  On Saturday, December 1, our Teens are going to be raising money to help homeless animals by selling art at Art for Animals from 11-2.  And the following afternoon before you head over to the North Canton tree lighting, stop in at 3:30 pm to see Joanna Wilson, author and Christmas television expert.

And that’s just what’s happening the next two weeks. There will also be pictures with Santa, a class on how to use our amazing database Lynda.com, and so much more before 2018 ends!
