Spring is in the air at NCPL! Or at least, I hope it is! Just in case you have cabin fever, like me, here are some cool things happening in adult services:

Cookbook Club
Tuesday, March 17 at 5:30
Do you love to cook? Are you eager to try new recipes, but hesitate to spend money on ingredients for a dish your family may not enjoy? Then Cookbook Club is the perfect place for you! Bring a covered dish to share as well as the recipe and we’ll spend time sampling and discussing each other’s creations. March’s theme is soup! Plates and silverware provided. Call the Adult/Teen Services desk at 330-499-4712 ext. 311 for more information.

Cripple Creek Ferals and Friends Seminar
Saturday, March 21 at 2 p.m.
Cripple Creek Ferals and Friends is a non-profit organization dedicated to Trap/Neuter/Return (TNR) of feral, stray and free roaming cats. Learn all about the organization and how you can help!

Exploring the Arts Series
Saturday, March 28 at 10 a.m.
Join Al Albacete, former Executive Director of the Canton Museum of Art, for an in-depth exploration of the violin.

We also have a couple of craft programs coming up, but registration is already full. If you’d like to be added to the wait list, give me a call!

Things to look ahead to: special programming the week of Earth Day!
