So, no judgments here against myself or any of you, my dear readers, but 2020 has been, shall we say, aggressive with my middle-aged spread, and perhaps it has been similar for you. Being at home most of the time, and being pretty sedentary while I’m there, has kept me safe from coronavirus thus far, but I’m not sure it’s been great for my health in other ways. And some of my clothes are just not fitting the way they used to. Even with the COVID vaccine now making its way out into the world, I don’t necessarily want to head out to the mall for a new wardrobe, so the easier, more cost-efficient, and healthier solution to my problems might possibly be solved by, well, exercise.
And the library is here to help out me and all of you. As we ring in 2021, it might be time to think about getting a bit more active, and the library has ordered some new workout DVDs to help folks who might like trying some specific workouts. All of these DVDs are ready to be put on hold in our catalog. And remember that you can come in and grab your hold items from our traditional hold shelves or park in a spot with a Library To Go sign and text the number to have someone run it out to your car.
