In response to the current concern that encouraging in-person library visits will contribute to the community spread of COVID-19, the North Canton Public Library will close to the public at 8 p.m. this evening and begin providing Remote Patron Service on Tuesday, March 17, 2020. Providing Remote Patron Service will allow us to support patron use of our digital and streaming materials, address authentication issues and provide vital reference services.

We are closely monitoring this evolving health crisis and at this time, we intend to reopen to the public on Monday, April 6.

All physical library materials will be due the week of April 13. No fines will be charged. Due to limited staffing, we ask that patrons do not return materials early.

Additionally:
-All events and classes are canceled until further notice.
-All meeting rooms are closed until further notice.
-Spring Art Classes will not be held. If you’ve already registered, we will be in touch regarding refunds.
-The 2020 May Show will be postponed. Entries will NOT be accepted March 31 and April 1 as previously planned.
