This month, the library has added another streaming video service called Kanopy. It’s been popular with college libraries for awhile, with their specialization in documentaries and independent movies, but there’s plenty for any movie fan, as well as kids. Kanopy has more than 30,000 videos, and with your library card, you can stream up to five titles a month, watching each film you check out as many times as you wish over three days. Because Kanopy titles include a performance license, these films are perfect for presentations and use in the classroom. To get started, click the Kanopy link found on our Digital Video page. Alternatively, get the Kanopy app and enjoy the films on Android, Apple devices, Chromecast, or Roku.
